When you're good at something and love doing it, you will thrive. Building confidence through sport is the best way to highlight a child's unique abilities. Your daughters will be the decision-makers and problem-solvers when it comes to their pitching mechanics. If they're part of the process, they will gain that confidence, be more likely to retain what they learn and will ultimately improve at a faster rate.
I will model this trait in every interaction with your daughter. Throughout my career, I have been praised for my leadership above all else. I will instill in them the ability to inspire a team, persevere, negotiate, make good decisions and set a vision that results in winning games. Developing strong leadership skills will allow your daughter to take control of her life and to make things happen for herself.
I will work with your daughter on three distinct areas of strength: Physical, Social and Character. Physical Strength is measured by power and endurance. It is the ability of your daughter to use her physical strength to throw the ball hard and fast and have the endurance to do it repeatedly. Social Strength skills are those that will allow your child to speak up for herself, ask for what she needs and hold a conversation. Character Strength is reflected in being kind, caring, honest, trustworthy, hardworking, cooperative, eager and curious.
